Containerized landing systems are often essential for small airports (heliports) at first stages of airport equipping.

Purpose of the equipment

Containerized version advantages are:

• premises construction is highly expensive;
• aircraft landing areas can be of temporary nature;
• turnkey landing –system commissioning in the shortest possible time;

Containerized landing complexes are used for helicopter and local airlines aircraft landing areas at production sites of oil and gas complexes, natural resource exploration and extraction, at positioning areas of law enforcement units for executing military operations.

The small containerized landing complex equipped with life-support, fire extinguishing means, primary and emergency electric power supply system and anti-vandal system includes:

1.MF homing complex based on "RPA-Parsek" radio station with redundancy; 2.VHF communication complex based on 5 or 50 W “Aist” products (transceivers) with redundancy; 3.HF communication complex based on 250 W, 500 W or 1000 W “PT” line products (transceivers) with redundancy; 4.RS centralized integrating local and remote control complex for above-mentioned products based on update remote control complexes; 5.HF, MF and VHF antenna feeder devices; 6.Controller work station built into the Air traffic control tower (ATCT).
Detachable control point of an air-traffic control tower allows:
-to turn on/off the equipment
- to receive and display information on the current condition of the communication means
-to receive and display information on the climate control system operation
-to receive and display information on the fire alarm system
-to generate control signals for emitted and received signal types, HF channel radio-means frequency (night, day, standby frequencies)
- to generate control signals of turning on/off of the obstruction lights
-to establish a service telephone communication channel to the equipment and etc.
7. Main, standby and emergency electric power supply complex (diesel-generator up to 8 kW with automatic power-up at main and standby power supply failure).

The various containerized PPRTS (receiving and transmitting radio center - RTRC) are available equipped with radio communications facilities at a customer’s request. Antenna feeder devices can be adapted to the installation site.
