Mobile HF center of automated adaptive radio communication (built around the R-140M radio) is designed to organize duplex or simplex communication channels in the radio link or radio network.

AA CTM placed in the back of the car is used as part of the mobile communication center.

The body and car models are changeable upon customer requests.

• automatic link establishment during communication taking into account the current propagation conditions and signal interference environment through active channel route sounding at the stages of communication establishment and maintaining
• high reliability of data transmission (at most one distorted sign per billion transmitted signs) through the use of error-correcting codes and automatic repeat request of distorted information
• operation in automated radial type radio network
• automatic remote control of the transmitter and receiver and reliable visual control (monitoring) of their technical condition and operation
• advanced tools of information cryptographic protection in asynchronous mode during data transmission
• radio communication both at parking places and while moving
• radio communication between the same type radios and old park radios
• able to interface with local computer networks and automated control systems
• automatic log keeping
• automatic synchronization with standard time signals received from satellite systems GPS and GLONASS satellite system or by State Service of Time and Frequency standard time signals in HF stations network
